Our service is to remove all the headaches and problems associated with property management and thus allow the owners streamlined access to the financial rewards of their investments. Construction Consultant Minneapolis Metro, (CCMM) is majorly engaged in the business of buying single and multi-family residential buildings, renovating the purchased buildings and then renting the renovated properties. The company also undertakes handyman and construction services; however CCMM derives 85% of its revenues from the rental business. Due to the experience gained over the past several years, the company plans to venture into construction of 2 mixed use properties (a) residential cum retail outlets (b) office cum retail outlet in the state of Minnesota. With an historical portfolio of nearly USD 2.5 million, CCMM has successfully managed seven large-scale rehabilitation projects on Minneapolis’ near south side, primarily in the Ventura Village and Phillips neighbourhoods. Projects have ranged from single-family to multi-family projects and have made 20 units available in an area which has been experiencing a significant housing shortage. CCMM has successfully built and re-constructed and remodelled projects. It is the company’s philosophy that they can offer a quality product in a timely fashion giving the customer one-on-one service.
